The regulating device of the jaw crusher is the mechanism for adjusting the size of the ore discharge port of the jaw crusher. As the equipment operates, the wear of the crushing tooth plates increases, the ore outlet gradually enlarges, and the particle size of the crushed product becomes coarser. In order to meet the requirements of product particle size, it is necessary to use a regulating device to regularly adjust the size of the ore outlet. The following is the adjustment method for the output particle size of the jaw crusher:
1.Hydraulic regulation
At present, a hydraulic drive cylinder is installed at the position of the regulating device to adjust the particle size of the discharged material. When foreign objects enter the crushing chamber of the entire stone crusher equipment, in order to prevent machine damage, the rear thrust plate serves as a safety device for the stone crusher. The entire set of gravel crusher equipment is equipped with a hydraulic safety device, which is safe and reliable, prone to failure, and the size of the ore discharge port can also be adjusted.
2. Gasket adjustment
Open the adjusting seat with the top bolt, inspect the rear thrust plate bracket and the rear wall of the frame, and insert or remove a set of equal-thickness gaskets. The discharge port of the jaw crusher can be reduced or increased by increasing or decreasing the number of gasket layers. The gasket adjustment method is simple and it is a rapid adjustment method for the particle size of the ore.
3. Adjustment of the support device
The support device of the entire set of gravel crusher equipment is mainly used to support the eccentric shaft and the suspension shaft, fixing them on the frame. Sliding bearings and rolling bearings can be used as supporting devices. Large and medium-sized stone crustors generally use sliding bearings cast from Babbitt alloy, which can withstand relatively large impact loads and are relatively wear-resistant, but their operating efficiency is relatively low and they require forced lubrication. At present, rolling bearings have gradually replaced sliding bearings. They not only reduce friction losses but also have the advantages of simple maintenance, good lubrication conditions and less oil leakage. The adjustment of the support device can also control the size of the ore outlet.
4. Wedge adjustment
The wedge adjustment of the entire set of gravel crusher equipment is mainly achieved through the relative movement of the two wedges between the rear thrust plate support and the rear wall of the support. The nut on the bolt causes the wedge to move up and down along the rear wall of the frame, driving the front wedge to move forward or backward and pushing the thrust plate or movable jaw, thereby achieving the adjustment of the ore outlet.
