Verified by scientific and technologic novelty retrieval of the Provincial Scientific and Technologic Information Research Institute of the Ministry of Science and Technology and authenticated by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Mining Machinery and the Provincial Mechanical and Electrical Products Quality Inspection Institute, the main technical parameters of this product reach the domestic leading level. This product participated in the establishment for 1 item of industry standard “Powerful Cone Crusher" (Standard number: JBT 11295- -2012) and won 2 national authorized invention patents, 5 utility model patents, and 1 appearance patent.

This product realized breakthroughs and innovations in following critical technologies:
1) The traditional design was modified and optimized to reduce the height of crusher, reduce the volume, save the production cost, and improve the operation stability.
2) The C- shaped crushing chamber was successfully designed to improve the productivity of crusher and uniformity of crushed particles, prevent the blockage by rocks, ensure uniform wear of liners, and prolong the service life.
3) Through analysis, comparison, and testing, new materials and processes were adopted to improve the wear resistance of main parts (eccentric bushing, copper bushing, thrust bearings, movable cone, liners, and gears).
4) The advanced hydraulic adjustment and lubrication system and electrically automated control system were developed to realize the automated real-time adjustment, operation data display, data storage, statistical report, and abnormality alarm and greatly relieve the labor strength of operation personnel.
