Working Principle

Impact crusher is a kind of crushing machine which uses impact energy to break materials. The motor drives the machine to work, and the rotor rotates at a high speed. When the material enters the blow bar acting zone, it will collide and break with the blow bar on the rotor, and then it will be thrown to the counter device and broken again, and then it will bounce back from the counter liner to the plate hammer acting zone and break again. This process is repeated. when the particle size of the material is less than the gap between the counter plate and the blow bar, it will be discharged.
